 2.4.       Rules for Borrowing

2.4.1.    Number of documents: 10 document at a time

2.4.2.    Loan periods     

• full time students     3 weeks
• part-time students   4 weeks

2.4.3.    Short-term loans

• course handbooks
• the sole remaining copy of compulsory course literature
• media documents

2.4.4.    Items not available for loan

• periodicals
• theses
• protected and archive documents

2.4.5.    Overdue fees:

• Books on shelves 20 Ft/day/doc
• Short-term loan documents 100 Ft/day/doc

2.4.6.    Reservation:

• personally at the library, 
• online: http://as01.atif.hu/F?RN=665997890. For access to on-line reservation you need your enrolment card number or Neptun-code

After the reserved document has been taken back to the library, we send you an e-mail to the given e-mail address and hold the reservation for 8 days after sending the e-mail.

2.4.7.    Deadline extension: Deadline of borrowed documents may be extended on one occasion before the deadline, provided that the document has not been reserved.
